Who we are

We have exciting opportunities for you to join our rapidly growing theatre team as we move towards a 24/7 elective and emergency service. We have a wide range of specialties including ENT, Maxillo Facial, Trauma & Orthopaedic, General Surgery, Urology Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Plastic Surgery and Breast Surgery. We can provide opportunities to work both anaesthetically and surgically, as many of our ODPs are dual skilled.

Kettering offers great access to all the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside to offer and has excellent road & rail network links to and from London, East Midlands and Birmingham. The hospital is just off the M1 / A14.

What you will be doing

You will work within Orthopaedic, General , Urology, ENT and Maxillo-Facial surgery and will be expected to lead the elective and non-elective services, support staff development and promote a positive working environment to supplement high levels of efficiency and productivity in line with our trust values and behaviours.

You will participate in 24-hour rota (day and night duties, weekends and bank holidays), and extended service cover as required to support the Trauma, Emergency & Obstetric services, we are a family friendly department able to support flexible working opportunities.
