St Andrew’s Healthcare
St Andrew’s Healthcare provides specialist care for people with challenging mental health needs. We are a charity which means we don’t make a profit and any of our surplus income is reinvested into patient care. We are proud to put people first.
We provide care across a number of services, including Men’s Mental Health, Women’s Mental Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Neuropsychiatry, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disability.
We are a leading provider of specialist mental healthcare and transform lives by working in partnership with commissioners, patients, families and carers, meeting the mental, physical and spiritual needs of the people in our care.
At St Andrew’s Healthcare, we are committed to developing and adopting innovative therapies and treatments and to putting people first; prioritising safety and recovery. We provide dedicated services and environments for men, women, children and adolescents, offering secure provision, open rehabilitation, and community based solutions.
Through our inpatient and outpatient services, we’re able to support individuals at varying stages of their treatment; whether this is the first time they have accessed mental health support or they’re on a rehabilitation pathway back to independent community living. Our in-depth expertise covers trauma, personality disorder, psychosis, autism, learning disability, brain injury, complex dementia and Huntington’s Disease.
Today we have nearly 4,400 staff across our sites in Northampton, Essex, Birmingham and Nottinghamshire, and have a wide range of opportunities across a number of different clinical and non-clinical professions. Our staff are our greatest asset, so St Andrew’s wants to attract the best people to come and work with us, and to provide an environment where individuals can flourish and learn.
